A-Level tuition for Grades 1 to 12
A Level is depth over breadth — three or four subjects studied properly. Erevna coaches Cambridge AS and A Level students in Grades 11 and 12, mostly online.
Short answer
Erevna Learning Center offers A-Level tuition for grades 1 to 12, following the Cambridge International AS & A Level syllabus. Coaching covers the board’s own textbooks, exam pattern and marking scheme, and prepares students for Cambridge AS and A Level examination series. Classes run in person at the Secunderabad centre and live online for students elsewhere.
What the A-Level programme covers
- Cambridge syllabus codes and the specific assessment objectives each paper tests
- AS in Grade 11 and the full A Level in Grade 12, including the decision to cash in AS early
- Past-paper practice by paper number against Cambridge mark schemes, which is most of what raises an A Level grade
- Practical papers where the syllabus includes them, and the written alternative-to-practical
- The step up from IGCSE, which catches out a lot of strong Grade 10 students in the first term
Subjects available for A-Level
Mathematics and Further Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Business and English, at AS and full A Level.
How a A-Level batch runs
- Placement conversationWe look at your child’s school, current grade, recent marks and which chapters are actually causing trouble, then suggest a batch.
- Syllabus trackingTeaching follows your child’s school sequence, so tuition reinforces this week’s classroom work instead of running on a separate track.
- Chapter tests and analysisEach unit ends in a written test. The score is analysed to identify the topic that failed, and revision is targeted at it.
- Board-pattern practiceFrom Grade 9 onwards, past papers for Cambridge AS and A Level examination series are worked under timed conditions and marked to the official scheme. Our Class 10 study timetable shows how this fits around school.
A-Level tuition online
Every A-Level batch is also taught live online, in the same small-group format, for students who have moved away from Secunderabad or never lived there. Recorded sessions and shared notes mean a missed class is recoverable. See online tuition at Erevna.
Frequently asked questions
Do you offer A-Level tuition in Secunderabad?
Yes. Erevna Learning Center at 25-144, Venkataramana Enclave, Secunderabad, Telangana 500015, India runs offline A-Level batches for grades 1 to 12, and also teaches the same syllabus live online.
Which grades can take A-Level tuition at Erevna?
All of grades 1 to 12, from primary through to Class 12.
Do you teach AS Level and A Level separately?
Yes. AS is normally taken in Grade 11 and the full A Level in Grade 12. We coach either, including students resitting an AS paper to lift a grade.
Is A Level accepted by Indian universities?
Yes, with equivalence recognised by the Association of Indian Universities. The practical caveat is the same as for IGCSE: A Level content does not line up with JEE or NEET, which are pegged to NCERT, so a student aiming at those needs separate preparation.
How many A Level subjects should my child take?
Three is standard, four if they are strong and the university target justifies it. Taking four badly is worse than taking three well — A Level rewards depth, and thin coverage shows up immediately in Paper 2.
How much does A-Level tuition cost at Erevna?
Fees vary by grade, by the number of subjects taken, and between offline and online classes. Call +91 99595 39486 or email erevnalearningcenter@gmail.com for the current A-Level fee structure.
