Science tuition for Grades 1-10
Combined Science is where students memorise instead of understanding, because it is possible to score adequately by memorising — right up until Grade 9, when it stops working. The centre has a lab precisely so students see the thing happen rather than learn a diagram of it.
Short answer
Erevna Learning Center teaches Science for Grades 1-10 across the CBSE, ICSE, SSC, IGCSE, IB syllabi. Classes run in small offline batches at 25-144, Venkataramana Enclave, Secunderabad, Telangana 500015, India and live online. What the Science programme covers
- Combined Science for Grades 1-8
- Physics, Chemistry and Biology as separate streams from Grade 9
- Practical work in the centre’s science lab, performed by students under supervision
- Diagram, labelling and definition accuracy, which carries real marks in every board
- Numerical problems in Physics and Chemistry, which is where most marks are lost
How a Science batch runs
- Find the gap firstBefore teaching this term’s chapter, we work out which earlier topics are missing. In Science this is usually where the real problem is.
- Track the schoolTeaching follows your child’s own textbook and school sequence, so tuition reinforces this week’s lesson rather than running a parallel course.
- Written work, markedProblems and answers are written out, marked, and returned with corrections — not discussed and forgotten.
- Test, then diagnoseEach unit ends in a test. The score is analysed to name the topic that failed, and the next week targets it.
Science by board
The syllabus, exam pattern and marking scheme differ by board, and so does the teaching. Erevna covers CBSE, ICSE, SSC, IGCSE, IB for this subject.
Online Science classes
Every Science batch is also taught live online, in the same small-group format. Written work goes in as photos or scans and comes back marked. See how online classes work.

Frequently asked questions
Do students actually do experiments?
At the centre, yes — there is a science lab and students perform experiments themselves under supervision rather than watching. A 2018-19 CBSE Class 10 student review on this site describes exactly that. Online students get demonstrated experiments and full practical-record support.
Do you offer one-to-one Science tuition?
Yes. Small batches are the default because students learn from each other’s questions, but one-to-one Science classes are available where a student needs them. Timings and fees differ.
What does Science tuition cost?
Fees depend on grade, board, subject count and whether classes are offline or online. Call +91 99595 39486 or email erevnalearningcenter@gmail.com for the current fee structure.
Can my child take only Science and nothing else?
Yes — single-subject students are normal here, and many take only Science.
