Frequently asked questions

What is Erevna Learning Center?

Erevna Learning Center is a private tuition centre in Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana. It coaches school students in grades 1 to 12 across the CBSE, ICSE, SSC (Telangana State Board) and Cambridge IGCSE syllabi, both in person and through live online classes.

Where is Erevna Learning Center located?

At 25-144, Venkataramana Enclave, Secunderabad, Telangana 500015, India, in the Secunderabad and Alwal area of Hyderabad.

What is Erevna Learning Center’s phone number?

+91 99595 39486. The same number works on WhatsApp, which is easiest for families outside India.

Which classes and grades does Erevna teach?

Grades 1 to 12 - primary, middle school, board classes 9 and 10, and senior secondary 11 and 12.

Which school boards does Erevna cover?

Four: CBSE, ICSE and ISC (CISCE), SSC under the Telangana State Board, and Cambridge IGCSE.

What subjects are taught?

Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, General Science, English, Hindi, Social Studies, Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics. Which subjects apply depends on the grade and board.

What are the tuition fees?

Fees depend on the grade, the board, how many subjects are taken and whether classes are offline or online. Call +91 99595 39486 or email erevnalearningcenter@gmail.com for the current fee structure. Erevna does not publish a single flat rate because a Grade 3 single-subject student and a Grade 12 all-subject student are not comparable.

Is there a free trial class?

Yes. Contact the centre and a trial session in the relevant grade and subject is arranged so you can judge the teaching before committing.

How big are the batches?

Small by design - small enough that a teacher can name the specific chapter a specific child is weak in. Ask for the current size for your child’s grade and subject.

Can my child take only one subject?

Yes. Many students take only Mathematics or only Science; others take every subject for their class.

Does Erevna offer online classes?

Yes - live online classes for all four boards and all grades, taught by the same Secunderabad faculty who take the offline batches. Sessions are recorded so a missed class can be caught up.

Can students outside India join the online classes?

Yes. Erevna teaches students in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, the UK, the USA and Australia, with slots chosen to land in the student’s local evening or weekend.

Are online classes live or pre-recorded?

Live, with a teacher and a small group. Recordings exist only as a catch-up aid.

Who teaches at Erevna?

A team of 5 subject teachers led by founder Khairun Shaik (M.Sc, B.Ed), the senior science faculty. Mathematics is taught by an M.Sc in Mathematics, Hindi by an MA in Hindi with a B.Ed, and commerce subjects by an MBA in Finance.

What is the medium of instruction?

English. Teachers also speak Hindi and Telugu, which helps when a concept needs explaining a second way.

Does Erevna prepare students for board exams?

Yes - CBSE Class 10 and 12, ICSE Class 10 and ISC Class 12, the Telangana SSC Class 10 public examination, and the Cambridge IGCSE series. From Grade 9 onwards students work timed past papers marked against the official scheme.

What results has Erevna produced?

A CBSE Class 10 student review on this site records 9.5 CGPA in the board examination after coaching at Erevna, and a parent review records a Class 10 student finishing with a high percentage of marks. Results are individual and depend on the student.

Does Erevna provide home tuition?

No. Teaching happens at the centre or online. For families who cannot travel, online classes give the same teacher and batch without the commute.

What facilities does the centre have?

A library students can use around class hours, and a science lab where students perform experiments themselves under supervision, alongside classrooms sized for small batches.

How is Erevna different from a large coaching institute?

Size and continuity. Batches are small, the founder teaches, teachers talk to parents directly, and the same faculty follow a student across years - several students who joined in Grade 6 were still with the centre in Grade 11.

When can I visit the centre?

You are welcome to visit during class hours. Calling +91 99595 39486 first means a teacher will be free to speak with you.

How do I enrol?

Call or WhatsApp +91 99595 39486, or email erevnalearningcenter@gmail.com, with your child’s grade, board, subjects and whether you want offline or online classes. A trial class follows, then batch confirmation.

Can Erevna help a child moving from an overseas school back to an Indian board?

Yes. We compare what the child has already covered against what the target Indian board expects, then teach to close the gap before the move.

Is IGCSE tutoring useful for UK GCSE?

Substantially, in Mathematics and the Sciences where the content overlaps closely. Families in the UK often use the same tutoring for GCSE preparation.
