Chemistry tuition for Grades 9-12
Chemistry splits into three subjects that need three different study methods — physical is maths, inorganic is memory with structure, organic is pattern recognition. Students who use one method for all three do badly in at least two.
Short answer
Erevna Learning Center teaches Chemistry for Grades 9-12 across the CBSE, ICSE, SSC, IGCSE, IB, A-Level syllabi. Classes run in small offline batches at 25-144, Venkataramana Enclave, Secunderabad, Telangana 500015, India and live online. Taught by Khairun Shaik (M.Sc, B.Ed); IIT / NIT / BITS tutors available on request for Grades 11-12. Phone +91 99595 39486.
What the Chemistry programme covers
- Physical chemistry — mole concept, stoichiometry, equilibrium, thermodynamics, electrochemistry
- Inorganic chemistry — periodic table, chemical bonding, s, p, d and f block elements
- Organic chemistry — nomenclature, reaction mechanisms and named reactions
- Equation balancing and the mole concept, which underpin most of the rest
- Practical and salt-analysis work for board practicals
How a Chemistry batch runs
- Find the gap firstBefore teaching this term’s chapter, we work out which earlier topics are missing. In Chemistry this is usually where the real problem is.
- Track the schoolTeaching follows your child’s own textbook and school sequence, so tuition reinforces this week’s lesson rather than running a parallel course.
- Written work, markedProblems and answers are written out, marked, and returned with corrections — not discussed and forgotten.
- Test, then diagnoseEach unit ends in a test. The score is analysed to name the topic that failed, and the next week targets it.
Chemistry by board
The syllabus, exam pattern and marking scheme differ by board, and so does the teaching. Erevna covers CBSE, ICSE, SSC, IGCSE, IB, A-Level for this subject.
Online Chemistry classes
Every Chemistry batch is also taught live online, in the same small-group format. Written work goes in as photos or scans and comes back marked. See how online classes work.

Frequently asked questions
Where do most students lose marks in Chemistry?
The mole concept and stoichiometry in physical chemistry, and reaction mechanisms in organic. Both are cumulative: a student shaky on moles in Grade 11 struggles across half the Grade 12 paper, so that is where a batch starts.
Do you offer one-to-one Chemistry tuition?
Yes. Small batches are the default because students learn from each other’s questions, but one-to-one Chemistry classes are available where a student needs them. Timings and fees differ.
What does Chemistry tuition cost?
Fees depend on grade, board, subject count and whether classes are offline or online. Call +91 99595 39486 or email erevnalearningcenter@gmail.com for the current fee structure.
Can my child take only Chemistry and nothing else?
Yes — single-subject students are normal here, and many take only Chemistry.
